Vacation scheme

We recruit our trainees through the vacation scheme each year. No matter whether you are successful or unsuccessful, the experience you gain during the week is invaluable. It is your opportunity to spend time at Anthony Collins Solicitors in order to understand the work we do and meet the people who do it.

You will spend one week with us, splitting your time between two departments and we will assign you a trainee as a buddy and a fee earner as a supervisor and assessor. You will have an opportunity to be involved in the real work that we do, carry out at least one group task and meet the people you might be working with. We will provide you with constructive feedback following the vacation scheme and let you know if we can make you an offer of a training contract. We will be hosting our vacation scheme during June and July 2024 so please make sure you are free to attend.

To apply for our vacation scheme, you will need to click on the vacancy tab on our website. You will then need to complete an electronic application form and upload a copy of your CV. If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to a virtual interview. If you are successful in the virtual interview, you will be selected to attend the vacation scheme.

We will be recruiting for 2026 and 2027 in our next round of recruitment and you will be able to apply via our website, between 27 November 2023 to 16 February 2024.
